The AI Care Standard™
For Patient Communication and all associated tools, frameworks, and materials (collectively, the “Standard”) are provided by the PatientAI Collaborative™ . for informational and guidance purposes only. The Standard is intended to assist health systems and other stakeholders in evaluating AI-driven patient communication solutions but does not constitute legal, regulatory, clinical, or compliance advice.
The PatientAI Collaborative™
Makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Standard for any particular purpose. Use of the Standard does not guarantee compliance with applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards, nor does it ensure the safety, accuracy, or effectiveness of any AI solution evaluated using the Standard.
The Standard
Was developed with input from industry experts, health system leaders, clinicians, and patient advocates. The views, recommendations, and frameworks contained herein represent collaborative guidance and do not necessarily reflect the official policies or positions of any participating individual, organization, or health system.
Users
Are solely responsible for their own evaluation, selection, implementation, and deployment decisions regarding AI patient communication tools. Vital Software, Inc. and all contributing participants of the PatientAI Collaborative™ disclaim all liability for any claims, damages, losses, or other liabilities arising from or related to the use of, or reliance on, the Standard or any AI solution evaluated thereunder.
User Engagement
Users are encouraged to engage their own legal, clinical, regulatory, and compliance advisors to address questions or concerns specific to their organization and circumstances.
